Unofficial Transcripts
Advisors and Department Secretaries may view student unofficial transcripts in myGeneseo.
Steps
Log on to myGeneseo.
Once in myGeneseo, search up or find the “Student Advising Profile” page in the “Sites” section.
Next click on Student Advising Profile → View My Advisee Listing.
Next pick a student and click on the name and id of the student to get to “Student Profile” page.
Once in “Student Profile” page, click on “Academic Transcript”
Next select Transcript Level from the dropdown menu in “Academic Transcript” page.
Next select Web Transcript from the Transcript Type dropdown menu and then click the submit button.
The transcript should displayed.
To pick a new student, go back to “View My Advisee Listing” and select a different student from the list.
