This article suggests helpful troubleshooting solutions when someone calls the HelpDesk regarding Degree Works not functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting Steps

When someone calls the HelpDesk regarding issues with Degree Works, have them try the following:

  1. If the user has a student employee available, have their student try Degree Works and verify if it is working.

  2. Have the user try other web browsers.

  3. Have the user switch to a private browsing window (Chrome Incognito Window or Firefox Private Window) and try again.

  4. Have the user try another computer (if available).

  5. Have the user Clear Cache and Cookies in your Web Browser
