SUNY has made Adobe Creative Cloud All-Apps Pro Edition subscription available to Geneseo students at a significantly discounted price. Students are able to purchase Adobe All-Apps Pro Edition for $75 +tax.

  1. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an email from Adobe, open this email and select the “Get Started” button

  2. Login to the SUNY Federation

  3. You will be redirected to the adobe site and select the "Adobe Storefront" profile

     

  4. From the web site find Creative Cloud and select Download. Follow all the prompts to install.

     

  5. From the desktop client you can install any Adobe software available in our plan.

Additional Information

  1. If you already purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud All-Apps Pro Edition subscription online with your SUNY email address, you should wait for that subscription to expire before purchasing from the SUNY Adobe Storefront.

    1. Prior to expiration of your existing online subscription (Adobe Creative Cloud All-Apps Pro Edition, etc.), download all collateral as it will not automatically transfer to your new subscription purchased from the SUNY Adobe Storefront.

  2. If you have an Adobe account associated with a non-campus email address, and would like to move that content to the new SUNY Adobe Storefront subscription account, you can move your assets by following these directions: https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/JrS2ihlb7Mn4C.

  3. Adobe Creative Cloud All-Apps Pro Edition licenses purchased from the Student Storefront are valid for twelve months or “expiration” of your SUNY email account/federated account, whichever occurs first. 

    1. Students should download their SUNY account content prior to the subscription expiration as defined above.

  4. If you have an existing subscription for http://adobe.com/ you should confirm the auto-renew setting for that subscription is disabled before purchasing a new subscription from the SUNY Adobe Storefront.
    a. Disable your auto renew by visiting http://account.adobe.com and logging in. There is a tab for plans and payment, where you can change your auto-renewal setting.
