Instructions on how to delete a customer sign-out.

Corner Pocket

1	In a web browser, go to the following URL: https://www.geneseo.edu/college-union-app.
2	Sign into the app using your Geneseo credentials.
3	Make sure the Corner Pocket tab is selected.
4	Find the customer's sign out and click the vertical ellipses to the right of their entry. Select Delete.
5	A confirmation pop-in window will appear.
6	Click the Confirm button.

Concierge Desk

1	In a web browser, go to the following URL: https://www.geneseo.edu/college-union-app.
2	Sign into the app using your Geneseo credentials.
3	Make sure the Concierge Desk tab is selected.
4	Find the customer's sign out and click the vertical ellipses to the right of their entry. Select Delete.
5	A confirmation pop-in window will appear.
6	Click the Confirm button.
