Edit Existing User

Instructions on updating an existing user in the College Union App.


Steps

  1. In a web browser, go to the following URL: https://www.geneseo.edu/college-union-app.
  2. Sign into the app using your Geneseo credentials.
  3. Click Users in the top right menu.
  4. In the list of users, find the user you would like to edit. Click the vertical ellipses to the right of the user's name and select Edit.
  5. In the pop-in modal, you'll see the user's name and username. Change the Role of the user.

    The only field any user can update is the Role field after a user is created.

  6. Click the Update button.
