Seeking Help With Brightspace

In preparation for the start of the spring semester, please be aware that Geneseo's instructional design team is available and ready to assist you in your use of Brightspace.

The best way to reach the team is by emailing brightspace@geneseo.edu. Additionally, CIT will be hosting Brightspace open office hours on January 23 and January 27 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. in South Hall 225. These hours are a great time to come with your questions and concerns specific to your use of Brightspace. Instructional designers will be available to assist you with importing content, or building your course from the ground up, and getting your gradebook set up correctly.
