Voicemail: Locked out or Forgotten PIN
You may occasionally find yourself locked out of your voicemail for a short duration (e.g. thirty minutes). Regaining access immediately can be done by resetting your PIN through the online interface, Cisco. Note: this only works for individual voicemail boxes and will not work for resetting shared voicemail boxes or department accounts. If you need a shared voicemail box or department account reset please contact the help desk.
Steps
Go to myvoicemail.geneseo.edu.
Log in with your Geneseo username and password.
Navigate to Web Inbox → Settings → Passwords → Change PIN.
Enter a new PIN
click Save.
