Publishing and unpublishing content

In an effort to reduce on the number of pages that are deleted unintentionally we have removed deletion permissions. Instead you should unpublished the page. Unpublished pages will not be visible to unauthorized users. Site members can identify unpublished pages by it's pink background. The status of unpublished pages can be switched to published pages by enabling the Published checkbox.

Step 1

Click on the "Edit" button on the page you would like to unpublished/published.

Step 2

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the checkbox
