CIT has 3D printing services available in South 341, offering interactive 3D printing education and design assistance.

Instructions

  1. Figure out what you want to print in 3D.

  2. Design your object in a 3D modeling software or find a file of it online (http://www.thingiverse.com/ is one website with free 3D models).

  3. Visit the 3D Printing lab during open hours with your 3D print idea or 3D model.

  4. Coordinate with the 3D Printing lab techs on the details of your print.

If you are interested in learning more about 3D printing in general and want to design your own prints, stop by the 3D printing lab in the Geneseo Experimental Lab, South Hall 341.
