Instructions for how to Sign In a Customer on the College Union App.

Corner Pocket

1	In a web browser, go to the following URL: https://www.geneseo.edu/college-union-app.
2	Sign into the app using your Geneseo credentials.
3	Make sure the Corner Pocket tab is selected.
4	Find the customer's sign out and click the vertical ellipses to the right of their entry. Select Sign In Customer.
5	In the pop-in window, enter any additional information that corresponds with the sign in. Note: there may be previous information in the Additional Info field from the sign out.
6	Click the Sign In button.

Concierge Desk

1	In a web browser, go to the following URL: https://www.geneseo.edu/college-union-app.
2	Sign into the app using your Geneseo credentials.
3	Make sure the Concierge Desk tab is selected.
4	Find the customer's sign out and click the vertical ellipses to the right of their entry. Select Sign In Customer.
5	In the pop-in window, enter any additional information that corresponds with the sign in. Note: there may be previous information in the Additional Info field from the sign out.
6	Click the Sign In button.
