You may occasionally find yourself locked out of your voicemail for a short duration (e.g. thirty minutes). Regaining access immediately can be done by resetting your PIN through the online interface, Cisco.
Steps
- Go to myvoicemail.geneseo.edu.
- Log in with your Geneseo username and password.
- Navigate to Web Inbox → Settings → Passwords → Change PIN.
- Enter a new PIN
- click Save.
