 Will I be notified if I go over Quota?

Yes, both Google and Microsoft will give you warnings as you approach your quota. If you feel that you need more storage, please Ask CIT!

 How do I request a SharePoint site?
 When are you meeting with my department?

CIT will be meeting with campus departments throughout summer and fall of 2024. If we haven’t reached you yet and you’re ready to begin, please Ask CIT!

 I have a lot of research data - please help!

We have plenty of room to safely store all of your data. Please reach out to David Warden, Director of Research Computing, for a discussion about your options!

 Are the deadlines flexible?

The short answer is “no”, but the only deadline you will be truly affected by is July 1, 2025 when the \\files server is turned off.
