You may occasionally find yourself locked out of your voicemail for a short duration (e.g. thirty minutes). Regaining access immediately can be done by resetting your PIN through the online interface, Cisco. |
Steps
Go to myvoicemail.geneseo.edu.
Log in with your Geneseo username and password.
Navigate to Web Inbox → Settings → Passwords → Change PIN.
Enter a new PIN
click Save.
