SUNY Geneseo requires all students to bring a Windows or Macintosh laptop computer to Geneseo. This document lists minimum and recommended Windows and Macintosh laptop configurations, provides information about additional considerations, and contains other helpful links
All Geneseo students can download Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and other academic software for free. Software Software can also be run in our Geneseo Virtual Labwithout needing to install anything.
Google Apps for Education is available to all Geneseo students, faculty, and staff. Google Apps online services provide productivity and collaboration tools accessible from any Internet connection.
Geneseo Mobile App
The Geneseo Mobile app provides access to resources like class schedules, registration, billing, meal plan balances, notifications, online directory, events, news, campus map, and more. It can also help you find other apps recommended for Geneseo students. Search for “Geneseo Mobile” on the Google Play Store or Apple's app store and add it today.
