Documents requiring a legal electronic signature should use Adobe Sign. The following instructions do not constitute a legal signature for all documents.

- Open the document in Preview
- Create a signature to add to your documents, following these instructons from Apple.
- Add the signature to your document, following these instructions from Apple.
- Save the changes to your file
- Send the signed document back, following the instructions the sender specified
Windows
- Open the document in Acrobat Reader
- Create a signature to add to your documents, following these instructons from Adobe.
