Account managers are the people that receive new account and termination notices for their departments. Supervisors, as recorded by HR, also receive these notices for employees they supervise.
If you would like to modify who the account managers for your department are have your Department Head submit a request to CIT requesting the changes to Account Managers.

If you would like to have your account manager(s) updated for your department please have your department head submit a request at our service desk.
