When printing to a Toshiba MFD, you may be prompted to Specify LDAP Server before the print job will send.

When trying to print to a Toshiba MFD you might encounter this prompt

Selecting "PaperCut" from the drop down list will allow your job to process

You can set this preference as default for your printer. Here is how:

  1. Go to the Control Panel.

  2. Select Devices and Printers.

  3. Right click on the printer with the problem.

  4. Select Printing Preferences.

  5. Select the Others tab.

  6. Under Server Name. select PaperCut.

  7. Click Apply.

  8. Click OK.
