Picture Class Roster

This article will show you how to create customized class rosters to view or download.

Picture Class Roster Access

Sign on to myGeneseo using your email / Windows Login ID and Password and click on the Login button.
In the Sites service, search or find “Picture Class Roster”.
Then click the Picture Class Roster.

5 Who has access to Custom Class Roster data?

Select your desired term.
Select the course your wish to display the roster for. Click Submit.

After selecting your desired term, the Course Reference Number drop down will be available and populated with your courses for the selected term.

Viewing Additional Student Data

With your term and course selected, as well as the list of students showing:
Click the Configure Columns button above the list of students. By default, the student Name is already selected. As you check additional boxes, more data will show in the student list.

Export Student Data

With your term and course selected, as well as the list of students showing:
Click the Configure Columns button above the list of students. By default, the student Name is already selected. As you check additional boxes, more data will show in the student list. The columns selected will be the data that is exported.
Click the Export button to the right of the Configure Columns button.

The full class list will be in the exported file even when viewing only 25, 50, or 100 students at a time.

Printing / Viewing Students in Grid View

With your term and course selected, as well as the list of students showing:
Scroll down to the group of buttons shown above the list of students. Click the Printer friendly version of student list button.
In a new tab, the full list of students with their photo and name will display in a PDF with four students per row.
You can utilize the browsers PDF options at the top right of the screen to Save or Print the PDF.

Who has access to Custom Class Roster data?

This application allows only the instructor(s) on record to access the roster data. If the class instructor is listed as "STAFF" or "TBA," the Records Office must update the class records.
