Listening to voicemail by phone
Connect to the voicemail system
From your office phone,

dial 5999.
Enter your PIN followed by the pound (#) key.
If you share a phone line, dial 5999.
Enter your ID (mailbox number) followed by the pound (#) key.
Enter your PIN followed by the pound (#) key.
From another phone on campus, dial 5999 and press the pound (#) key.
At the sound of the first prompt, press the pound (#) key.
At the sound of the second prompt, press the pound (#) key again.
Enter your ID (mailbox number) followed by the pound (#) key.
Enter your PIN followed by the pound (#) key.
From off campus, dial 585-245-5999.
At the sound of the prompt, press the pound (#) key.
Enter your ID (mailbox number) followed by the pound (#) key.
Enter your PIN followed by the pound (#) key.
Press 5 to listen to new messages
To delete a message, press 3
To save a message, press 7
Press 31 to listen to saved messages

By default, after you receive a voicemail message on your phone you will also receive an email notification.
