Click the link in the email to be redirected to the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA).
Enter your Geneseo username and password.
Click on the Cisco Unity Inbox to view your message(s) and play them on your computer. Note: The first time you access the PCA, you may receive a notification to accept the website's security certificate. Click "Continue to this website" and click to permanently accept the certificate if requested.
