  1. Open the Microsoft Form you want to embed

    1. Click on the Collect Responses button.

    2. Select the embed icon </>.

    3. Copy the source code from the "Embed" box.

  2. Open up a new editing window within Drupal.

    1. Set the input format to "Full HTML". 

    2. Click on the source button to access the HTML source code.
