Note

Toshiba scanning can turn physical documents into digital PDFs, however, Toshiba scanning does not have the ability to create searchable PDFs. Please note that there is a 25MB limit for email attachments, and scans with many images or pages could require using Scan to OneDrive as described below instead.

  1. Once authenticated, you will be presented with the following screen

  2. Choose More Device Functions

  3. Press the Scan icon on the LCD screen, or press the access icon then press the Scan icon on the LCD screen

  4. Press the E-mail button on the touchscreen

  5. Press the number pad icon on the touchscreen

  6. Enter an email address on the touch screen, then press OK

  7. Press OK

  8. Insert the document into the auto feeder (text facing up) or on the flatbed (text facing down)

  9. Press the Green start button on the keypad or the Green Scan button on the touchscreen

  10. The copier will now scan all pages in the auto feeder or prompt for additional pages if using the flatbed
             a. If using the flatbed press Job Finish if no more pages
             b. If scanning additional pages, place them on the flatbed and press Green Scan on the touch screen or the Green start button on the keypad
             c. When finished scanning additional pages press Job Finish on the touch screen

  11. Press the Access key on the keypad and select Yes on the touch screen to logout or wait 45 seconds

  12. The scanned document should show up in your email inbox shortly

Pharos Secure Scan can turn physical documents into digital PDFs, however, Pharos Secure Scan does not have the ability to create searchable PDFs. Please note that there is a 25MB limit for email attachments, and scans with many images or pages could require using Scan to OneDrive as described below instead of email.

  1. Once authenticated, you will be presented with the following screen

  2. Choose Scan Document and place your document either on the glass tray or in the paper feeder located on the top of the printer.

  3. Using the LED screen at the printer, change the settings by interacting with the menu.
