Provide the serial number of your Printer to the customer service representative. The serial number can be found on a label on the front of the device, next to the phone number listed in step 1.

Auto Toner Replenishment
All Toshiba Printers are configured to automatically order replacement toner cartridges when a toner cartridge on a device runs low. When each Toshiba Printer has approximately one week of toner left, an alert is automatically sent to the Supply Team at Toshiba. If your printer runs out of toner, you can contact Toshiba . for a replacement. Please see the Toshiba contact information below to order replacement toner.

When you receive this toner replacement, please install it in the printer immediately. Doing this will ensure you have minimal downtime. If you do not receive your cartridge promptly, call Toshiba at the number below to resolve the shipping issue. Waste toner containers can be picked up from the SUNY Geneseo Duplicating Center in Welles 13. If you need to pick up a waste toner container before the Duplicating Center opens, please get in touch with contact Procurement & Property Control Services at (585) 245-5100.

Used toner cartridges can be dropped off at the SUNY Geneseo Duplicating Center in Welles 13. The user toner must be placed inside the Used Toner Box without the original shipping box (just the cartridge). If used toner cartridges are placed in the box with their original shipping box, the Duplicating Center will not be able to recycle the used toner cartridge.
